Went to Christine's house .
Then to Serangoon JC for training .
Jourong sec was there also .
So coach decided to let the 3 schools run together .
SRJC , Jourong Sec and PLMGSS .
Did 1500m and Cross country run .
The weather wasn't really great ,
so the cross country run was kind of challenging .
Plus my knee wasn't really happy with me today , nope this few days !
It have been giving me lots of trouble :/
Went to Mac after training .
